Black Krill Premium Base Mix

Our Black Krill base mix is one of our Premium base mixes and is mostly known for the “Newby”. With not only the carps nutritional needs being met, this bait is highly attractive also containing things like betaine, hydrolysed whey protein, krill meal and our krill liquid additive and flavour blend. The Black Krill base mix contains a 38% protein content with an excellent amino acid profile and good digestability.

This is a fish and krill meal base with a distinctive krill aroma. It has a black colour, hence the name, Black Krill. No additional flavourants or colours are needed.

Rolling instructions:

For every kg base mix, 8-10 eggs are needed (or 80g-100g whole egg powder). A maximum of 15ml p/kg oil might be added to this base mix.

Tip:

If you want to add quite a bit of liquids (more than what your base mix will allow), replace some of your fresh eggs with whole egg powder.

Boiling Tip:

When boiling your boilies, do not overcook it, as you loose precious nutrition with every second. As soon as your boilie floats, you can take it out and let it sit to dry.

If your aim is to roll a feeding only boilie, try to dry half of your baits, without boiling them, or boiling them for half the time. These boilies will be highly attractive and breaking apart in no time, sending food signals through the water, and not to mention the nutrition!
