These pop-up neon dyes are not soluble, meaning they will not wash out or lose their colour when pop-up gets boiled.
Instructions:
Add the neon dye to dry pop-up base mix before adding the liquids. Do not afd the colour to the liquids
Use 1 teaspoon per 2 egg mix (100g pop-up base mix)
